Vruksha Patel

Vruksha Patel is a newly qualified Associate in the Dispute Resolution group in London, advising and acting for clients on contentious issues and commercial disputes across a range of the firm's sector groups. Her primary practice area is Commercial Litigation.

She has experience in the Defence, Energy and Hotels, Hospitality & Leisure sectors, as well as an interest in Aviation & Aerospace work.

Her day-to-day work includes advising clients in relation to potential claims and working on existing claims, particularly during the early stages of proceedings. Her litigation experience both at and before joining Bird & Bird includes financial services regulatory investigations and public inquiries, as well as general commercial disputes.

She has also undertaken a secondment at an international Financial Services and Investment Bank during her time at Bird & Bird, spending time in their Commodities & Global Markets team.

Aligned with her wider interests, she has recently helped to launch a Bird & Bird ESG offering — ESG Pulse — to help keep clients informed on ESG developments across all of the firm's practice areas.
