Stuart Fitzsimmons is a Partner in the Banking & Finance practice, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He advises on transactions across the UK and internationally, with specific experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, oil and gas and renewable energy financing, project finance, technology and growth finance, real estate financing, joint venture funding and general corporate debt.

Stuart acts for a wide range of banks, funders, investors and corporate borrowers, having completed secondments in the banking industry, giving him a detailed knowledge of clients' preferred requirements and an ability to provide clear, commercial and proactive advice.
