Morag Campbell

Morag Campbell is a Consultant in Dentons' Glasgow office and a member of the Banking and Finance practice group, with over 30 years' experience advising on Scots law in the context of UK financing transactions, particularly in relation to property, receivables and asset financing.

She has extensive experience in loan and mortgage book acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements, and the Scottish aspects of warehousing and securitization transactions. She also advises on the development of documentation for finance products tailored for use in Scotland. She has contributed to the Scottish Law Commission's projects on Moveable Transactions and Heritable Security.
