Ronke Euler-Ajayi

Ronke Euler-Ajayi is an Associate in Dentons' Global Privacy and Cybersecurity group, specialising in Data Protection Law. Her experience focuses on non-contentious data protection and privacy advisory and transactional work, advising clients on the implementation of data protection compliance within business operations.

Ronke's work covers a wide spectrum of UK and EU data protection and privacy law issues, including data protection policies, privacy and cookie notices, data subject requests, data protection impact assessments, international data transfers, digital marketing, and data protection due diligence in corporate transactions. She has worked with clients across both public and private sectors, including retail, financial services, healthcare, transport, education and energy.

Ronke holds a CIPP/E certificate from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a GDPR Practitioner certificate from the International Board for IT Governance Qualifications. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
