Rachel Gibb

Rachel Gibb is a Senior Associate in the Glasgow Corporate team, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including UK and international private and public M&A, venture capital, capital markets, and domestic group restructurings and reorganisations.

Rachel has acted for a broad range of clients including multinational corporations, large investment funds, SMEs and family-run businesses. Notable transactions include advising TBR Global Chauffeuring on its £83 million sale to Lyft, Thomson Reuters on its acquisition of World Business Media Limited, and Britishvolt on its acquisition of EAS Batteries.

Rachel joined Dentons as a trainee in 2017 and qualified in 2019. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
