Emily Perrett

Emily Perrett is a Senior Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Banking and Finance group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises lenders, borrowers, and investors across a broad range of financing transactions, including real estate development and investment finance, acquisition finance, project finance, and general corporate lending.

Emily has been involved in numerous high‑value and cross‑border transactions across the UK and internationally. Her work includes advising on complex financing structures for real estate development projects, corporate acquisitions, and infrastructure project financings. She has been part of teams advising on significant real estate investment deals, hotel refinancings, and large‑scale project finance matters across multiple jurisdictions, supporting clients across a wide range of sectors.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (Distinction) from the University of Aberdeen (2015, 2016). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Law Society of Scotland in 2018.
