Olivia Malek

Olivia Malek is an Associate in Dentons' Projects practice group, based in Milton Keynes, specializing in non-contentious construction law. She advises a wide range of clients across commercial and residential development, retail, logistics and infrastructure sectors.

Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and framework agreements for employers, consultants and subcontractors. She regularly manages the procurement of documentation suites for large projects and provides construction support to corporate finance and commercial real estate transactions. Notable experience includes advising on construction documentation for retail fit-outs for a luxury fashion house in London, fit-outs and remediation works for a UK leading food wholesaler, and the development of an industrial and logistical campus from vacant land.

Olivia holds an LL.B from the University of Aberdeen (2019) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London (2020).
