Liz McAuliffe

Liz McAuliffe is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Group based in London. Her primary practice area is Patent Law, with a particular focus on large-scale telecoms patent litigation.

She is a qualified solicitor specialising in contentious intellectual property matters. During her career, she has worked with clients from a variety of sectors and has been involved in a number of matters principally concerning patents, but also trade marks, copyright and design rights.

Her background is in the engineering industry, having completed a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering before converting to a career as a solicitor.

She also has experience of and enjoys working on multi-jurisdictional matters. Having previously worked as a solicitor in IP enforcement in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, she has extensive experience in disputes spanning across the entire EMEA region.
