Lily Harrison

Lily Harrison is an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Dentons' Milton Keynes office, specialising in Corporate Law with a focus on commercial agreements and technology-related contracts.

Lily completed her training contract with Dentons and qualified in March 2023. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial agreements, including software and licensing agreements, supply of goods and services agreements, IT agreements and influencer agreements. She has also advised a global charity on photo consent forms and GDPR compliance.

Lily holds an MSc in Law, Business and Management and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (2017).
