Faye Garvey

Faye Garvey is a Partner in Dentons' Milton Keynes office and a member of the Corporate practice.

She advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, reorganizations, corporate governance and joint ventures, with particular experience in cross-border deals and W&I insurance. Recent matters include advising on the sale of an international gym franchise to a private equity-backed buyer, a US NASDAQ-listed corporation on the sale of its dental mouthwash business, and shareholders on the £24 million sale of a company specializing in intelligent access management systems. She also regularly advises both lenders and borrowers on leveraged, acquisition and real estate financing transactions, and works with the Dentons Automotive team on credit facilities for leading UK motor dealers.

Faye holds an LL.B in Law with French (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2006) and completed the LPC at BPP Law School (2007).
