Laura Ní Dhruacháin

Laura Ní Dhruacháin is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice in Dentons' London office, focusing on intellectual property law.

She advises clients on the commercialisation of intellectual property rights, including assigning and licensing IP rights, development and collaboration agreements, with a focus on the retail, media and technology sectors. She also advises on the IP aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and private equity investments. Her practice includes all aspects of trade mark law, including brand clearance searches, filing strategies and prosecution.

Laura holds a BCL in Law and Irish (First Class Honours) from University College Cork (2013), an Advanced Diploma in Lawyer-Linguistics and Legal Translation from The Honorable Society of King's Inns (2015), a Certificate in Data Protection Practice from the Law Society of Ireland (2017), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford (2020). She is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.

She is a member of IPSoc and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
