Jennifer Robinson

Jennifer Robinson is a Counsel in Dentons' Competition practice in London, specializing in procurement law and subsidy control. She has supported clients on public, utilities, concessions and defense procurements for more than 15 years.

She advises a wide range of clients including central and local government, water companies, airports, energy companies, developers, universities and retailers. She advises purchasers on procurement strategy, leads on drafting procurement documents and is engaged in day-to-day delivery of projects. She also advises suppliers on engagement with government and responding to tenders. She has particular experience advising on major energy, telecommunications and transport infrastructure projects, as well as service and technology outsourcing procurements.

Jennifer holds an M.A. (Hons) in French and German from the University of St Andrews (1999), a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law, York (2000–2001), and a Post Graduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College (2006). She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2003.

She has been recognized as a leading procurement lawyer in Who's Who Legal Government Contracts (2021) and is a member of the Procurement Lawyers' Association.
