Hayley Gibson

Hayley Gibson is a Senior Associate in the firm's Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice, based in the London office, practicing in Technology Law. She focuses on information technology and commercial matters, advising on large-scale outsourcing and telecommunication projects, e-commerce and technology transactions, and commercial contracts including services agreements, Software as a Service agreements, and agency and distribution agreements.

She also assists on due diligence projects for proposed acquisitions of targets across a variety of sectors. She trained with the Firm and gained in-house legal experience as a secondee at Airbus's headquarters in Toulouse. She is involved in pro bono efforts, having acted as an advisor for the Poplaw Legal Advice Clinic and as a volunteer for the Whitechapel Mission, advising pro bono clients on services agreements, app development agreements, and software licensing agreements.

Hayley holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Exeter (2010) and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2014).
