Giulia Ross

Giulia Ross is an Associate at Dentons in Edinburgh, practicing in the Real Estate group, specializing in Real Estate Law. She advises institutional investors, asset managers, and property companies on commercial real estate matters, including leasing, estate management, and investment acquisitions and disposals.

Giulia has worked on a range of assets including retail parks, shopping centres, and multi‑let offices. She has been involved in significant transactions, including advising on Connected Kerb's acquisition of Trojan Energy's on‑street charging technology and supporting a £403 million joint venture investment with Blue Owl Capital and SUPR. She also provides ongoing strategic advice on asset management and portfolio transactions across the UK.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh (2020, 2021). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Law Society of Scotland in 2023.
