Andrew McGrath

Andrew McGrath is a Partner in Dentons' London office, specialising in Real Estate Law. He has experience in all kinds of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on corporate lettings management and development projects including site assembly and acquisition, construction, real estate finance and planning. He also acts on investment acquisitions and disposals across the office, retail, leisure, residential, logistics and industrial sectors.

Andrew advises developers, investors, financiers and asset managers on significant transactions, including advising Aprirose Limited on its acquisition and financing of QHotels group from Bain Capital Credit and Canyon Partners in one of the largest UK hotel portfolio deals, advising Global Mutual on the acquisition of Cardiff Waterside, and advising Metro Bank on a £22 million loan funding to Aprirose for its acquisition of 73 pubs from Mitchells & Butlers. He also acted for Secure Income Reit Plc on the £196 million acquisition and financing of 55 Travelodge hotels and for KanAm Grund Group on its acquisition of One Wood Street and 68 Lombard Street in London.

Andrew holds a degree from the University of Sheffield (2006), completed the GDL at the Inns of Court School of Law (2007) and the LPC at City, University of London (2008).
