Simeona Kostova

Simeona Kostova is a Lawyer in Dentons' Helix practice, specialising in Media Law. She advises on non-contentious commercial matters with a focus on media, content, advertising, partnership, sports and general commercial agreements, including contracts for the supply of goods and services.

Simeona currently advises a large UK media client on a range of contractual arrangements, including media rights, sponsorships and partnerships, advertising sales, content and channel distribution, and the procurement of software and technology services. Prior to joining Helix, she trained at Dentons across competition, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), gaining experience in corporate acquisitions across the technology, retail, logistics and energy sectors.

Simeona holds an LL.B in English Law and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen. She received the Jonathan Fitchen Private International Law Dissertation Prize in 2022 and has published articles on private international law, blockchain, and the CISG.
