Rebecca Byrne

Rebecca Byrne is an Associate in Dentons' Glasgow office and a member of the Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, focusing on commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property and data protection.

She advises private and publicly listed companies, regulated entities, financial institutions and public sector bodies across retail, energy, technology, logistics and biotechnology sectors. She recently completed a secondment with a global energy company, where she worked on complex commercial matters and supported global energy projects.

Rebecca holds an LL.B (2022) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (2023) from the University of Glasgow. She trained with Dentons and qualified into the TMT practice in 2025.

She is a team leader for Together (Scotland Alliance for Children's Rights) and JustRight Scotland LLP Parliamentary Reporting Groups, and volunteers with Amicus and KIND.
