Pippa Marshall

Pippa Marshall is a Partner and Head of Family Law at RIAA Barker Gillette, based in London, practicing in Family Law. She has over 15 years of experience in divorce and financial remedy matters, children's matters, emergency injunctions, and the dissolution of civil partnerships, and also advises on pre and post-marital nuptial agreements.

Ms. Marshall has extensive experience handling higher-value financial proceedings, involving complex financial assets, business accounts, trusts, and single joint expert reports. She has worked with numerous high-net-worth individuals to resolve financial matters and protect assets, and has successfully handled cases involving evasive and uncooperative parties. She also deals with cohabitation disputes under TOLATA and is committed to utilizing alternative dispute resolution options including family arbitration. She joined RIAA Barker Gillette from HCR Law in October 2023 and previously practiced at DMH Stallard.

Pippa holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (1998) and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School (1999). She was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2008. She was a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 (2022 edition) and is a member of Resolution, striving to comply with their Code of Practice. She supports Kids Come First UK, a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting separated parents.
