Nadia Cook

Nadia Cook is an Associate in Dentons' Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, practising in the firm's Projects practice group and advising public and private sector clients, including project companies, developers, infrastructure funds and service providers.

She has advised clients on a variety of projects across the health, education, defence, transport, waste and housing sectors throughout the UK, with experience in project variations, buying and selling project interests, and delivering projects across the transport and rail sector. Her work includes advising on PPP contract variations and novations, due diligence for facilities management provider acquisitions, and negotiating O&M contracts and ancillary documentation for offshore windfarms.

Nadia holds an LL.M. in Law and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2021), a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde (2019), and an LL.B (Hons) from Abertay University (2017).

She has been recognised as a Top Lawfluencer Rising Star by All About Law (2023) and is the winner of the Rocketeer Launchpad Innovation Award (2022). She is the founder of The Scottish Lawyer, a social mobility initiative, and sits on the Social Mobility and Inclusion Steering Committee of the Law Society of Scotland.
