Jamie MacGregor

Jamie MacGregor is a Scots law qualified solicitor in Dentons' Glasgow office, specialising in tax law. He advises on the UK tax aspects of corporate transactions, SDLT and LBTT planning, employment taxes and employee incentive plans.

Prior to joining the Tax department, he gained experience working in the Property and Corporate teams within Dentons, and spent time at NatWest Bank assisting with financial and payment regulations. He is qualified with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and an LL.B from the University of Aberdeen.
