Hodon Anastasi

Hodon Anastasi is a Senior Associate in Bird & Bird’s International Employment Group, focusing on Immigration Law. She has particular expertise in UK and Global immigration law, as well as public law matters.

Her diverse immigration practice covers the full range of corporate and private immigration matters, including work permit applications and all other UK and Global immigration permissions sought by foreign national migrants. This includes Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Temporary Work (in all categories) under the Points Based System, Global Talent, Spouse visas, and other related applications.

She constantly advises corporate clients on sponsor licence applications, the maintenance of sponsor licences and ongoing employer compliance, including corporate re-structures, mergers and acquisitions, and the TUPE transfer of migrants. She also provides training to clients on immigration matters and best practices for adhering to immigration rules and procedures.

Hodon has experience advising and assisting clients across industries worldwide on both domestic and international global mobility matters. Before joining Bird & Bird, she worked as an associate at another international law firm in London.
