Hannah Johnston

Hannah Johnston is an Associate in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, based in the Edinburgh office, focusing on civil and commercial litigation.

She has experience in a wide variety of matters including property disputes, insolvency matters, competition disputes and public inquiries. She has assisted in the preparation for two public inquiries, advised on the negotiation of settlement of a high-profile collective action in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and successfully conducted settlement negotiations on a range of property arrears disputes.

Hannah holds an LL.B (2020) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (2021) from the University of Glasgow. She volunteers with Bethany Christian Trust, Kids in Need of Defense UK, and serves as a mentor at the Mock Court Project.
