Francesca Bettermann

Francesca Bettermann is Counsel in the Milton Keynes Corporate team, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on establishing and reorganising businesses, acquisitions and disposals, mergers and joint ventures, with considerable experience in both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.

Francesca has more than 20 years' experience advising automotive retailers on the sale and purchase of dealership businesses and other corporate matters. She has the benefit of two years' working in industry as well as her time in private practice in London, Dubai and Milton Keynes. She also manages the Company Secretarial team which services more than 500 companies, many for household name groups.

Francesca holds an LL.B. (Hons) from King's College London and completed the LPC at The College of Law.
