Briana Yarde

Briana Yarde is a Lawyer in the Content and Media Team at Dentons Helix, based in Milton Keynes, advising on complex contractual and intellectual property matters across the media, entertainment and commercial sectors.

She drafts and negotiates commercial, content development, marketing and media production contracts, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional legal projects and client relationships. Prior to joining Dentons, she trained at Gowling WLG and held in-house roles at global companies including Hasbro, Williams F1 and ASOS, delivering clear, effective commercial advice in high-profile, fast-moving environments.

Briana holds an LL.B from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Law and Business, awarded with distinction, from the University of Law.
