Brad Sykes

Brad Sykes is an Associate in the Corporate and Banking team in Dentons' Milton Keynes office, focusing on banking and finance transactions.

He acts for all major UK banks on both syndicated and bilateral bases, and also supports smaller lenders. He advises borrowers on financing their business goals and is often involved in cross-border transactions involving Canada, the US, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Jersey, the Cayman Islands, Spain and Italy. His recent work has focused on real estate and development financings, particularly in the automotive sector, as well as niche transactions including the financing of the acquisition of a historical theatre in the West End.
