Alasdair Graham

Alasdair Graham is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Edinburgh office and a member of the firm's UK Tax practice, specialising in individual and corporate taxation.

He has more than 15 years' experience advising on the UK and international tax aspects of financial services, corporate and real estate transactions, including structuring commercial transactions, advising on direct taxes, Stamp Duty Land Tax, Land and Building Transaction Tax, capital allowances and Value Added Tax. He also provides personal tax advice in relation to tax residency, employee mobility and rewards, and individual wealth tax planning. Prior to joining Dentons, he held in-house roles as Vice President International Tax at BlackRock and International Tax Senior Manager at Franklin Templeton, and was a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young.

He holds an LL.B in Law and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh (2006) and is a Chartered Accountant.
