Agne Zasinaite

Agne Zasinaite is a Deputy Managing Lawyer at Dentons Helix, specializing in Intellectual Property Law, technology, and commercial contracts. She advises clients across the media, sports, and technology sectors, with particular interest in digital assets, fintech, and emerging technologies.

Agne advises a large media client in the UK on commercial arrangements in content, media, and advertising, including acquisitions, co‑productions, sponsorship, partnerships, advertising sales, channel distribution, gaming, and app agreements. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, agency, licence, and SaaS agreements, as well as advising on data protection matters such as data processing agreements, breaches, and DSARs. She is also involved in various legal technology projects across the Firm.

Prior to joining Dentons, Agne was an associate at MacRoberts in Scotland, and worked at a Patent and Trade Mark Attorney firm where she gained experience in registrable IP rights, IP audits, and commercial exploitation of rights.
